UPSTREAM NETWORK EARNS VERY HIGH MARKS FROM ITS PROPERTY MANAGERS

CHICAGO, ILLINOIS (January 23, 2019) – In a recent survey, Upstream Network scored very high marks from its property managers and property-related representatives (such as HOA board members) who have been recently upgraded to the Upstream Network platform.

In this January 2019 survey, over nine in ten (92%) of property managers and Board representatives expressed satisfaction with Upstream’s internet product and 94% were satisfied with its digital TV service. “We are very proud of these ratings,” said Bryan J. Rader, President of Upstream. “These results show that our clientele who are converting to the new platform are very satisfied with their broadband and streaming experience.”

The study also found that over three-fourths of property managers would recommend Upstream Network to a friend or colleague. “Once again, the best evidence of a satisfied client is one who would refer us to a peer in the industry,” said Michelle Malecki, Business Development Coordinator for Upstream.

Upstream Network finished 2018 on a growth spurt, with commitments for over 5,000 units to its network in fourth quarter alone. It is well-positioned for a very strong 2019.

“We believe these results are driven by many of our innovative products such as our new Sign-Me-Up web portal, our wireless mesh network, and our concierge approach to customer care,” Rader concluded.
